What is Diff in Indian Local and Other Countries

Hi,
as per me Loaclization is directly means to TAXES & EXCISE.
Which is depends on country ultimately each country has its own localization like India.

Hi,

Localization is the country specific like TDS,excise,VAT, Service Tax.

Taxing rules are different from one country to another.

I saw in Metalink Indian Localization Patches. What it means. How to find indian localization Patches.
