How to handel Free items While receiving

Requirement is as follows.

While I am issueing a Purchase order. I am aware that i need to receive free items for my purchase. (For Ex for any 100 pcs i may be getting 10 Free items). While Shipping Supplier may or may not ship free items.
How to track , Free items in R12.

You may prepare of purchase order for free item at zero price / 10 Paisa.
