How to upload Assets, Cash Opening Balances in GL

Dear All,
Can you please, tell me How I can upload the opening balances for Assets, Cash, Liabilities, Expense etc.

If you are looking for method of uploading the opening balances,
1. Create a manual JV in GL (if there are less accounts)
2. Upload through data loader (free version download available in
http://www.dataload.net/). There are other websites too.
3. Upload through ADI tool
4. You can develop API.
My prefered choice for this one is data loader.

Thanx for ur prompt reply. I also, prefer Data Loader, but there is data collection template problem. Can you plz, help me for template.

Template problem for opening balances?
There are only four fields in the lines
1. Line Number
2. Account combination
3. debit amount
4. credit amount
All the other header values like JV name, source, category, date, period, etc are same for all the lines.
Go to JV screen, find out the required fields and accordingly design your template.
