Hi

Client has a Number of payment terms to be set up in AP.

These payment terms are peculiar in nature.

Can we have some suggestion as how to set them up

25% advance with PO, 35% on completion of delivery at site, 30% on virtual completion balance 10% (after successful installation) against the unconditional performance Bank guarantee of 10% of total purchase order value valid for 12 months from the date of delivery

Milestone based payment terms is not available in Payables (Are you using Projects module?). You should find out the credit days from the invoice terms date. In your case, all the payments are happening immediately after the milestone. Hence you may define a payment term like the one below

25 --- 0
35 --- 0
30 --- 0
10 --- 0
