Couldn't print in Landscape format

We registered a Pasta Printer on R12 and while printing the rdf reports with "Landscape" style, it is still printing in regular format.
For example:
I printed "Cross-Validation Rules Listing" Oracle Standard report from both R11 and R12 on same printer. From R11, the printed output is in Landscape but when printed from R12, the output is not Landscape.
Please someone advise the reason behind what could have gone wrong with R12 and how do I debug and fix this issue.
