Inclusive Tax

Hi,

Can any 1 tell me i configure EBTAX and its working properly and deduct exclusive tax i want to deduct tax inclusive. any suggestion.
for.e.g

1000 Rs. Invoice, apply tax 16% = 1160 (exclusive)
1000 Rs. Invoice, apply tax 16% = 840 (inclusive) i want this.
