iRecruitment Error ? External Visitor Website

Dears,
I?m facing the following error since 3 days in iRecruitment External Visitor Website:
-When I press the register today button and after I fill my email address and choose my password, after that I start filling my First Name and Last Name and so on, but the problem is when I want to save my data it gives me the following error:
Date To must be later than or equal to Date From
I searched the whole Metalink, but the whole solutions keep saying about the (Additional Personal Address) Descriptive FlexField and so on, I tried the whole solutions but it didn?t work out!!
Please help me if you can : (
