sql for a responibility and its menues/functions

Version R12/11i? = R12
Hello,
I want to query all menues/Submenues and its functions and also its related html-functions
in a hierachical structure concerning to a responsibility. Is there any report in R12 which shows me the tree and its
relatives? Or can someoneone help me by creating the sql statement.
