What are the Golden screens?

Hi Friends,
What are the Golden screens available in GL, AP, AR, FA and CM? (Version 11i), kindly share your view....
For example,
In AP - Choose Set of Books.

From where you pick the words "Golden Screens"? What does it mean?

Hi,
My instructor use to tell golden screens, which are all the screen that we cant alter once you select and save the appropriate options(Critical Setups).

There is nothing like Golden screens, Silver screens.. All setups are important. There are certain fields in some of the setups which can not be changed after saving (EX: COA in ledger). Hence you need to be careful before entering the data.
