Descriptive Flexfields are seeded fields on certain forms, as decided by oracle ....
Creating a new DFF is not possible (unless you go for customization), we can only make use of the existing ones, by enabling or disabling it ...
First, one needs to find out the descriptive flexfield name from the form...
Second, query the descriptive flexfield from the Descriptive flexfield definition form
Thirdly, setup the segments and context field as per your requirement
Freeze and compile the structure ..
Make the DFF visible and enabled ....
