Hello,
I am a Junior consultant and i am working since two years for Oracle.
I am working since the begin on a manteinance project concerning Oracle Incentive Compensation into the bigger Telco company of Italy.

I never made AIM documents becouse the customer wants that Oracle uses its standard of documents but every months there are different changes to the setup of OIC.

I have a question for you. In a normal situation i could make new TE040, BR100, BP80 (or others) or is it common to upgrade old documents?

Looks unusual to me to update the setups every month. Both options have pros and cons.

In my opinion, you can create new documents with proper version control and names so that you can refer to old setups in case of any issue.
