Hi Guys:

We are planning to migrate from 11i to R12..

I am looking for some document which can help me plan the starategy for migration.

Try Google search. There are number of OAUG presentations available for free download on the migration strategy.

You can also go through "Oracle Applications Upgrade Guide: Release 11i to Release 12.1.1" document (E14010-01)" which can be downloaded from the following URL.

If you are having below 11.5.7, then you should first upgrade to 11.5.10 and then to R12, otherwise you can directly upgrade to R12.
