little confusion in balance dimension

Dear Admin

I am trying to setup loan by following your last article regarding "Payroll setup with loan deduction balances". I am stuck on defining balance dimensions. The list of dimensions coming in your posted balance dimension screen is totally different from those which is coming on my LOV. which are
as follows

- Assignment Run
- Payments
- _ASG_PTO_DE_HD_YTD
- _ASG_PTO_DE_SM_YTD
- _ASG_PTO_DE_YTD
- _ASG_PTO_HD_Y TD
- _ASG_PTO_SM_YTD
- _ASG_PTO_YTD

While your article list containing

- _ASG_ITD
- _ASG_PROC_PTD
- _ASG_RUN
- _ASG_YTD

I have also looked in lookup codes but didnt find any list their too.

Can you give me any idea about it please?

Thanks to view my problem

I have resolved the issue. Following is the solution.

(Before coming to solution let me add some more to problem and admin provide me the steps to add more dimensions through submitting request. I tried to find the request in submit request form but could not find any option. After searching on net i found the following steps to resolve it)

One must identify the request group associated with responsibility
then navigate to

System Administrator > Security > Responsibility > Request,

query the request group (e.g. in my case it was: Global SHRMS Reports & Process) and include the 'Create Balance Dimension' program in detail form list.

Save record and check the entry in request submit form (in list of values of name field)
