Hi,

I created local add min, at user level can create new users (not sysadmin). When I create or update user, I see all responsibilities (all ledger).
How Can I create user at ledger A, I only see the responsibilities of ledger A (these responsibilities were added profile option of this ledger)?

Let me explain what you ask about? you can see all responsibilities which user more than one ledger & you need to define these responsibilities to user need to see only ledger A.

You can assign the profile options for operation unit & ledger name to this user name so when he use the responsibility, will use only ledger A,
