difference between test script and setup doc BR100

Hi, what is the difference between the test script and the test doc BR 100. what we have in test script and what we have in BR 100.

<b>Test Scripts:</b> A document explaining the steps to make transactions in the system so users should do the same steps and it should work as per desired if not then that should be reported to implementation team. This is used in UAT phase.
<b>BR100:</b>This document contains setup values of a module.
