I witnessed a major issue for Oracle upgrades that has the potential to derail most upgrade projects. The issue, as mentioned here at http://bit.ly/OracleUpgrade suggests that if not resolved, all upgrades will need to be routed through re-implementation route. Can this be resolved?

Thanks for your post, I think there is a work around with COA twister. Twister can change the COA without a Re-Implementation. Have a look at this post:
