You need extra Hard Disk space and more ram the good performance you will have. While processor speed as per your requirements. thanks

Will a 1.86 GHz Core Duo processor with 250 GB SATA 2 HDD and 2 GB DDR2 PC 2400 memory enough to run Vision database and fresh install?
