Accrual PTO Process

Dear All

i have some doubt in Accrual PTO Process..
we are using seeded accrual formula and Hire Date Anniversary

These are the elements using


Element Name : Leave Plan
Input Value Name : Continuous Service Date
Units : Date

Element Name : Leave Plan Carried Over
Input Value Name : Entry Effective Date, Expiration Date, Plan Days
Units : Date, Date, Day


Element Name : Leave Plan Residual
Input Value Name : Entry Effective Date, Plan Days
Units : Date, Day

Element Name : Leave Plan Tagging
Input Value Name : Element Entry ID
Units : Number


Element Name : Leave Plan Payroll Balance
Input Value Name : Plan Days
Units : Day

In the above elements, what are elements i want include in the Quick Pay run and what Input values i want give</b>

Employee have 30 days paid Leave for every year
Emp Hire Date : 20-Mar-2008
Employee go for vacation : 15-Dec-2009

How to carry over the previous balance of employee to current period
In PTO Carry Over Concurrent Program Parameters

Which Calculation Date i will give for carry over the previous balance
what is the Accrual Term</b>

After getting the correct balance, i need to calculate vacation salary
<b>How to get the Total Accrued PTO from the Accrual Formula to another formula</b>
