BOM & Job order

Hi all,
I have created a BOM, There are sub-assemblies where material control is Assembly Pull in BOM.
But when try to Simulate a Worksorder(Job-order) there the material control is seen as Operational Pull for these items. Where as these have Assembly Pull defined in BOM...
Can some one pls guide me thu this..
