Can a Single Item master be used across Business groups?
On what conditions we will be using the same Item Master Organization?
How do we achieve this? what are the implications and what are the set up steps of doing the same?

In one of the implementation, we used only one Master organization for multiple business groups setup and we did not face any issue.

I do not have answer for implications on single/multiple master orgs.

Oracle only suggest that u can use Single Item Master acrosss difrent ledger

but Your Business group is also diffrent,Plz take the concern from Oracle

If different organizations producing completely different items, then you can have different item master organizations.
