Dear All,

I have two queries regarding TDS invoices created for Income Tax Authority. We are working on R12.

1. When we apply TDS to supplier then system creates one TDS standard invoice for Income Tax Authority. Is there any way to pay all TDS standard Invoices collectively raised in a month as we make payment to Income tax authority once in a month.

2. How to create Manual TDS standard Invoices for Income Tax Authority and TD Credit Memo for Supplier if some times due to some reason system does creates them automatically.

Hi Satya,

You can make batch payment to make all the invoices to a tax authority once in a month. It will select all the due invoices.

You can create manual TDS invoices as the type as withholding tax and credit memo in a normal way.
