I education background is Msc Computers. I am having 3+ experienc in testing. I would like to change my platform to Oracle Apps. Pls suggest me which module is suitable for my profile and which module is the demanded one in market...

how good are u in functionality wise? based on your familiarity with Finance, distribution , manufacturing you have to select the modules.....

Are you good in technical, DBA activities?

Technically sound in Forms and Reports with SQL and PL/Sql ?

You have to decide based on your existing Skills.......

People can guide you but decision has to be yours.

Self judgement is the best Judgement,
so Think your plus and minuses in going for Apps and then decide.

I think based on my reply you can decide on the area of specialisation.

Very thankful for your suggestion. Basically I have some idea on Sales & Distribution domain and i am not good at technical side. So i would like to move in functional side only. Yes... I do agree with your comments. But i am entirly new to Oracle Apps and just started getting information. So pls suggest me which module is the demanded one now a days.

as u have some exp in sales and distribution, u can go for distribution modules, later u can get expertise in manufacturing side also

All the modules are very good and peak in the market, but it depends on bit of luck.

u need to work very hard atleast for 18 hours in apps to get expertise....

once u get in touch u will have the love to put your effort more and more.
