Beginner trying to import data from GL_interface

Hello I?m Beginner with Oracle GL and I ?m not able to do an import from GL_Interface, I have follow the exemple
of the Oracle Applications financials 11i v4 (topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=276 ) but I?m not able to do the import correctly:
I have put these data into GL_interface :

I have done the commit and after in the menu
Journals->Import->run and when I do the import it don?t work because oracle find that the gl_interface is empty:
