Hi,

Can anyone explain me what is the purpose of Element in Payroll? and where else it is used?

Dear Arvin,

Elements are used in Payroll for calculating Allowances and Deductions. Each element has a classification (Earning, Deduction, Information, ...etc). Elements have input values which act as a column holders for Pay Values (Calculation results) and other input values as needed. Elements are used in Payroll and OTL (Time and Labor).
