We are creating a Purchasing Set up for Tele Calls and the agreement will be for 3years with monthly billing. The Billing components include following.
For workstation Charges
Number of workstation 50
Charges 20000
1000000
(+) Additional activity 5000
(+) FOS charges 55000
(-) Verifiers Salary 15000
(-) Penalty 100000
945000
(+) Service Tax @10% 94500
(+) Education Cess@2% 1890
(+) Higher Education Cess@ 1% 945
