.rtf file not view the graphic portion Chart.

Hi,
I did installed OBIEE, and Office 2003 in XP.
The SalesReport.rtf file not view the graphic portion Chart.
In Creating a BI Publisher Report from an Answers Request: BI Publisher Enterprise, Layout Template : SalesReport.rtf selected. This file itself working well with chart in graphics, and the ?Download? saved as a file is also working well. But we click View for report it show only a small squire image instead of Chart.
Could you guide me to solve this problem?
