EBTax Issue

Hi All
Iam stuck with the setup related to EXtax fiscal classification, where in we group we group individual taxes to a group,So that when you give this
FIscal Classification in the Payables Invoice(there is a field called Fiscal Classificatio), different tax lines will be calculated based on the percentage
allocated to each Tax.
I Have few questions here
1) Do we have to pass the control tax amount (field) value.So that,this amount wil be prorated based on the percentage allocated to each tax or this is optional.
2) Is there any other set up required to calculate the fiscal classification because, iam able to calculate the tax lines individually but not as a group
Help this regard is highly appreciated!!
