Oracle DB Solution for Mergers & Acquisitions

Mergers and Acquisitions are becoming prevalent in industry and it is high time we should come up with a pre-built DB solution for M&As specially for data integration. I came across some pointers herewhich should help in creating a solution around it and sell to clients. Thoughts??
