Hello dears,

I am using the position hierarchy in purchasing module when submitting the

requisition ,when select the check box (forward) in requisition form, the

position defined in the hierarchy appears only,despite of i select the check

box(Can change forward to)and (can change forward from) in requisition

document type setup ,i want the other positions appear when select the forward

in the requisition approval to allow the users to choose the requried position

forward to it.

How can i do this?

Let try the following:

1) When you check the forward flag, The approval Path display the current Hierarchy or not? if not then the user name used not in the position hierarchy.

2) After you select the approval path, Forward to not display I think because the security for requisition document type. need to change the security level to be public then test the cycle again & check if the forward to display positions or not.

in (forward from) :-

the employee that prepare the requisition only appears,
despite of select the check box (can change forward from)in document type setup.it is supposed that other employees in the same positions appear to allow change of employee, it is true or not?

also when select ( forward to) :-
it is supposed that the all positions in the hierarchy appear,it is true? or the higher positions only?
