Hello Gurus,

I am trying to setup ebusiness tax for AR, have created a responsibility for tax manager and set the HR: Security profile and HR Business group at responsibility level. However, each time i tried to open any menu in the tax manager responsibilty

Tax manager>home or any other menu

it gives the following error: you encountered an unexpected error, please contact your system administrator for assistance.

Use Standard "Tax Administrator" responsibility of Tax Setup.

Problem resolved by setting profile at site level. Thanks.

Could you please let us know what is the profile options you have setup at the site level to resolve the issue.

Pls set up MO: Operating Unit and or MO: Security profile at site level. Hope this helps.
