Dear All,

Supplier is available in front end and in back end. Supplier site is not available in front end. When we enter the invoice for that supplier the site is available.

But when we query the supplier site in the front end it is not available.

When we query from the back end both the supplier and the site are available.

Kindly help to solve the issue.

Probably that is because the Responsibility being used does not have the correct OU profile attached to it.

Hi Elakkia,

As Stated by Octavio, please access the supplier query page through a newly created responsibility and check the same issue persists or not.
Also make sure there is no customizations or personalizations are in place ...

Thanx for your update.

Operating Unit is defined correctly.

We have queried in all levels. that is Super User, Manager, User, Query. We have the same problem.

No customizations and personalizations.

We have 2 SOB's

1. IPL Set of Book
2. MIPL Set of Book

5 OU's

1. Sembiam OU.
2. Madavaram OU.
3. Sengundrum OU.
4. Avadi OU.
5. Maraimalai Nagar OU.

5th OU will come under 2nd SOB all the other OU's will come under 1st SOB.

We have the problem in Sembiam OU. Supplier and the site belongs to Sembiam OU.

Kindly help us to solve the issue. If possible mail me.
