Hi all,

while creating a standard customer the following error occurs.

Provide a positive integer for minimum customer balance amount or percent
when balance amount overdue type is amount or percent respectively".
I am using 12.1.1 version. Kindly let me know your valuable suggestion to
rectify this issue.

i checked the order limit,order credit limit and given some positive amounts in customer profile class.but still error repeats.

can any one suggest some solution to creatre customer.
i checked in metalink but i didint find any solution can any one suggest me some notes id

Dear Stalin,

Update Minimum customer balance for the Profile Class DEFAULT for all currencies with an value above 0 and not negative.
Also if there is a positive value existing already, make sure the balance type is select as AMOUNT , since by default this would be unselected in vision instances...
After performing the above step, Update all the profiles.

Now create a new customer and check out whether you get any error or not ?

I have checked profile class amounts and made chnages but still i am facing the same following error.

"Provide a positive integer for minimum customer balance amount or percent when balance amount overdue type is amount or percent respectively"

I didnt find any creae button in AR customer form so i am creating it from OM customer form.

Can anybody suggest me some solution or metalink noes please.

Dear Stalin,

Try setting the profile option "Disable Self-Service Personal" to YES at site level.
Clear all Cache using functional administrator or Bounce Apache server
Then try to create a customer from the Receivables Responsibility
You must be seeing the CREATE button.
