System profile option setting for AR

System profile option setting for AR

There is a system profile option called "AR: Enabled Journal Balance Check" in R12.

For this option, I have the following questions:
1. What is the usage of this option?
2. What is the default value for this option?
3. What is the impact of not defining this option?
