Could you clarify below point:-

I have request_id of another user, now i would like to see the output of request_id. But i am unable to see the output of another user through view->Request. i have sysdmin Permissions. While giving request_id in FIND Requests form, VIEWOUTPUT button is greyed out. How to see the report of another user.

Is any profile option need to be modify???

Make sure that you are acesing the same data group responsibility.

If the issue still exists, can you please upload the output of HRMS11i script available on metalink?

I have seen that this issue is caused by some of the patches in RUP5 released by Oracle.
