How to validate the package

HI
How I can validate the packages if connecting oracle financial application as a user. When i define set of books it prompt me the follwoing message. How I can resolve this issue? PLease advise.
FRM- 40735 : ON Insert trigger raised unhandled exception ORA - 04098
ORA - 04098 - Trigger ' GL.ARR_GL_SETS_OF_BOOKS_IAR is invalid
ORA - 06512 at " Apps. GL._SETS_OF_BOOKS_PKG" line 155
