when open sales order form and open find on toolbar and go to line information warehouse
i want create a Personalization to read my responsibility and write this in warehouse when open sales order form

What I understand is that you want the warehouse value default from responsibility name?
If this scenario you needed you can use the defaulting rule to get the warehouse from responsibility but if this is not the scenario please explain more details.

You can also set warehouse on ONT Transaction Type
