Hi All,
We are planning to upgrade to R12 from 11.5.10.2. We need to decide the version between 12.1.1/12.1.2/12.1.3.

Can we go ahead with 12.1.3 - Our concern is it is pretty new and may nt be time tested. However from RCD's it appears that its more like a bug fix RUP and there arent many new features/enhancements?

Is it safe to go with 12.1.3 or to with 12.1.2?

when you are Upgrading, it is always better to go for the latest released version i.e. 12.1.3 ..... In Release 12, the most stable version to start with is 12.1.1. and also there are more enhancements in it .. from the base version of 12.0.0.
In 12.1.3, there are few enhancments provides, i recollect couple from India localisation point of view ...Service tax related ....
I am working on an implementaiton project, where we are deciding to go with 12.1.3, (But After through testing ..)
If i came to know any issues, will share it with you ....
