Hi,
As far I know about the recurring journals and the journal batch process, GL creates batch once a journal is created. For recurring journals, you will be recurring it say for particular date on each period only when the journal is created or only when the journal is considered. For example, if you have created recurring journals for Mar, Apr and Jun. Mar will fall in this period and hence it will be a batch. Same way the second journal will be in Apr.
If you have more than one journal (recurring) in one period for a particular date, then GL automatically creates batch for this. However I still doubt this process because in my example, if you have Rent, Telephone etc., you will be setting up two recurring journals for rent and telephone. Then how can GL put both the entries in one batch.
Anybody feel that I was wrong and actually there is a solution, please let me know.I am eager to learn and correct.

hi
after searching and experimenting it i found that in a recurrring batch you can add multiple journals provided that it fall in the same accounting period for example you can add all expense related journals in batch of the same month and at the time generating the batch it will create as many journals as you have defined in a batch this is how you can group all the journals in a batch.
However can we apply inclusive or exclusive tax journals to these jornals or batches
