Raised Requisition, but it is not completed

Hi, to all
I am Raised Requisition, and Clicked on Approve.
But it is showing the Status of Requisition Approve:"In Process"
can any one help me according this query.
is need to run any Program?
Please send me reply ASAP, becaz i am in CRP

Hi Mastan,
Please check is there any approval heirarchy enabled, if yes, then it goes to next level approver.
you need to login with that approver user id and approve that requisition.

How to check, whether the approval hierarchy is enabled or not. If enabled, how to disable the approval hierarchy.

Hi Yknev,
In the purchasing resp, go to go to setup->personnall->employees-->query your name->more->assignment-> and see is there any person name is showing in the supervisor fied and check what the job assigned to you.
if there is any supervisor for you that means, approval heirarchy is enabled and delete that value and choose appropriate role to your id and save it.
Generally in purchasing approval heirarchy will be setup and enabled.

Hi masthan
In the Requisition summary form, find your Requisition number then from inquiry select view history.
If the Requisition with status in Process then it will be display the next person need to approved.
Check for these points:
1) Person approval has a approved group & assignment.
2) Person approval already defined in the user name in system admin.
3) Run the request fill employee hierarchy from PO.
then try to check the Requisition again or cancel the old one then re-enter the Requisition.
