Shipping Lines

In My present organisation all sales orders shipped and closed at sales order lines but the same is not getting interfaced at shipping transactions.Interface trip stop when run is completed with warning.Issue log file does not show any valid reasons.Similar issues are seen in 5 sales orders.Pls throw ur valuable suggestions
