Exception error

My shipping transactions form is showing exception error in "RED' since my ship date is earlier than the schedule date.Unable to clear the exception by going thro Tools>Resolve exception.To avoid this kind of errors enabled the Global shipping parameters check box "to allow earlier shipdates"
