ASCP - Can ASCP suggest Discrete Jobs across OU's

Hi,
We are implementing ASCP/Demantra for one of our clients. They have a strange requirement. They have a single marketing and planning team for both the OU's. Based on the plant capacity they divide the demand between the two OU's.
Can the same be catered through ASCP/Demantra. Can the system suggest which plant/OU should manufacture the goods and how much should be divided between the two.
