Customer Merge....Urgent

Hi ,
Now am working on Customer Merge in AR,
i need your help and spend your valuble time for me.
PROBLEM:
when i execute the customer merge package, the target: from customer - To customer(ABC -XYZ) it is merging fine. i hv tried with 4,5 customers, one customer to another customer it is working fine. But here only one customer not merging with another customer.
In that particular customer RA_CUSTOMER_MERGE_HEADERS table PROCESS_FLAG showing 'FAILED'. why it is happen please give me your suggestions on this.
