OSP - Can OSP job be sourced from multiple vendors

Hi,
Suppose i want to source the OSP job from 2 vendors. I have also defined a sourcing rule to source the item 50% from both the vendors. But when i release the job, the requisition automatically pics the first vendor in the sourcing rule. Since in OSP requisition is created after the Job is relased, even ASCP is not suggesting to source it from multiple vendors.
Is there any other way to meet this requirement?
