hi to all,

got a problem on the Item wherein during Sales Order as when i encode an item on the line field, some item that i did not assign on a certain Inventory Organization will display on the LOV list, and for that Encoders might erroneously select the items which is not supposed. Is there any way that those item could not be seen in the LOV list such that error in selecting of items will be reduced or eliminated. huge thanx in advance to all.

You have to utilized your sybase program to avoid headache.

If is it to folder in the LOV then try to add filter in your LOV by updating its query. tks
