navigation path/ work structure> grade > grade rate
put the name and units then press save get the error
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA 01403

Hi Rafeek,

Make sure that there is no Custom.PLL customization done on the screen that is causing the error.
