Hi,

While you define a payroll you have an check box as Negative Payment Allowed which says that it includes negative payments when you process Prepayments. Can any one explain why this Negative Payments is used & in which scenario & what is the relation between Prepayments?

If the deductions are more than earnings you need this
when emp want to pay his loan in advance in separate quickpay(for ex)
