Oracle HRMS and Windows Active Directory Integrati

Dear Team,
I am wanting to integrate Oracle HRMS with Active directory. Which means, when an employee join the company first we add him in Oracle HRMS, so automaticlly his userid and password also should get created in Active directory. When he leaves the company his ID in active directory should automatically get disabled when we disable his account in Oracle HRMS. I am not having much idea about oracle HRMS like what tables the username and password is strored usually in Oracle HRMS etc. Can anyone please guide me from where i can read and understand this.
