Project Clearence account

Hi,
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory > Move Orders > Move Order
2. Enter the Transaction Type as 'Project Issue'
3.Project Clearence account is getting defaulted in the destination account.
4. Observe can not change destination account on the line level.
is there any way to change the destination account on the item level?
