what is process constraint in order management and what is order processing....

Processing Constraint is Rule Eng in Order Management For Sales Order for Restriction.

How you want to enforce user to not do wrong steps.

Let : After save the Sales Order ...User cannot change the Sales Order Header Information like Customer , Transaction Type , Price list..

So through processing Constraint we will restrict.

OM : Setup > Rules > Processing Constraint

As per my concern Process Constraint means some restriction over Process.
Its simply means that after giving order, one can not change or Modify that order.
